TERMS & CONDITIONS

It is the responsibility of the client to keep the usernames and passwords confidential as specified in the terms of the contract. Wired Tech does not take responsibility for any domain, e-mail addresses hosted with other Internet ServiceProviders. On acceptance of the installation quotation a 50% deposit must be paid before installation can begin. The balance will be payable when the installation is done.

All Equipment remains the property of Wired Tech until paid in full. If the client purchases all equipment, Wired Tech cannotbe held responsible for any damages to equipment, malfunction or resulting losses. All products carry a 1(one) year warranty that exclude negligence, maliciousness and natural disasters.

Any additional requirements will be charged accordingly, separately. It's the clients responsibility to test the system regularly and to phone the support desk if problems are experienced, most problems can be resolved telephonically. If the problem cannot be resolved telephonically a call-out fee will be charged.

Call-outs and remote support via TeamViewer/ Anydesk is not included in the monthly fee and will be charged separately.

I / We indemnify Wired Tech against any damage, loss, claims or cost that may result from being done in connection with the service being rendered and or the removal of the service. Although everything possible is done to ensure uninterrupted service, due to maintenance and unforeseen events, Wired Tech cannot be held responsible for any disruptions of the service. All disruptions will be repaired accordingly. Wired Tech reserves the right to terminate a connection temporarily if found that SPAM or virus related information originated or is being sent via the connection. Wired Tech reserves the right to terminate a connection permanently if the connection in question is used to download illegal and/or pirated material. In the event that an account is in arrears, Wired Tech reserves the right to terminate and halt all services, call-outs and repairs until the account has been paid in full.

One calendar month's notice is required in order to cancel the contract, all amounts due by you must be paid in full in order to process cancellations. Change of package: Downgrade will be effective with a calendar month’s notice and an Upgrade immediately. *Errors and omissions excepted.

Herewith I declare that I agree with the terms and conditions as described in this agreement and I am authorised to sign this Agreement.
